DigiNole, the digital repository of Florida State University, provides online access to thousands of unique and historical materials, as well as the products of original research by the FSU community.
- The Digital Library is an access portal to rare and unique materials held by University Libraries’ Special Collections and Archives and other FSU and regional community members. New content is regularly added to the Digital Library’s collections.
- The Research Repository is a hub for posting and sharing original scholarship and other research outputs created by the FSU community, including publications, data sets, presentations, and conference posters.
Our goal is to support scholarly engagement and resource discovery by providing a growing collection of diverse resources.
DigiNole supports and participates in the Open Archives Initiative (OAI). Metadata for DigiNole is available under a CC0 license and may be reused in non-commercial and commercial systems.

Statement on Potentially Harmful Content
DigiNole includes historical and primary sources from many cultures and time periods. Some content or its description may be harmful and difficult to view. These materials may be graphic or reflect biases. In some cases, they may conflict with strongly held cultural values, beliefs or restrictions. We provide access to these materials to preserve the historical record, but we do not endorse the attitudes, prejudices, or behaviors found within them.
